You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Overview
At The Download Hub, we’re committed to providing high-quality digital products and print-on-demand merchandise.
Because of the nature of our products, refund eligibility differs between digital downloads and physical (print-on-demand) orders.

1. Digital Download Products
All digital download sales are final.
Once your file(s) have been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. We recommend that you carefully review the product description, previews, and any compatibility details before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link or corrupt file), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
We’ll ensure you receive a working file or replacement download at no extra charge. Contact: [email protected]

2. Print-on-Demand (Physical) Products

Each physical item is made to order and printed specifically for you.
As such, we can only issue replacements or refunds if:
  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective; or
  • The wrong item, size, or design was received.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind, since each product is custom-made.

3. Refund Process

Once your return or issue has been verified and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

5. Cancellations

Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed. Orders for print-on-demand products can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase — after that, production begins automatically and cannot be stopped.
